On 13 April, Sr. Ana Riera de la Roza left to the Father’s house after 70 years of dedication to the Lord as a Missionary of Mary Mediatrix.
Sr. Ana (Etelvina Inés) was born on 10 January 1934 in Santa Marina, a village in the Asturian council of Siero. She joined the Congregation of the Missionary of Mary Mediatrix on 9 July 1955. She made her First Profession on 16 June 1957 and her Final Profession on 30 June 1962.

Two destinations marked her life as a consecrated woman: Colombia, where she was novice mistress and delegate, and Villaverde Alto, in Madrid, where she left her footprints.
She was an enterprising woman, with a great capacity to empathise and give hope in situations of pain and suffering. She was kind and always ready to listen and comfort.

After a short stay in the hospital of Sonsoles in Ávila, on 12 April the Lord called her to his presence. Her ashes were placed in the crypt of the convent of Piedralaves where she lived.
