Five novices make their First Profession in India

At the formation house in Mysore, Karnataka state, in the presence of numerous sisters of the Congregation as well as family members and priests, novices Sowjanya Ouka, Sruthi Erra, Sukanti Mallick, Sisilia Gomango and Lata Beero made their First Profession on 8 November in a ceremony presided over by Fr. John Francis Sequeira, OCD.

This year, the Province of India celebrates fifty years since the opening of the first two communities in the country, a celebration that also coincides with the fiftieth anniversary of the pontifical approval of the Congregation.
